Room for improvement

The app is pretty good and seems to work smoothly, except where are all my pictures?!
I understand that I have many pictures in my phone and they may take a while to load but thats why I took 1 hour making a separate album of the pictures I wanted to print and out of the 38 pictures I wanted only 15 showed up. What is that? If I cant print the pictures that I want then what good is this at all??
Seriously need to fix this problem. And Im not even the only one experiencing this.
